Spring bushings and sleeves. You will want a transfercase drop or an SYE and CV driveshaft to take care of the vibs. You will need longer sway bars and trackbar extension brackets unless you won't be using them. You will need a way to extend the brake lines or brakeline relocation brackets to get the needed length now that your suspension is further away from the body. With that much lift you will also want shims to shim the rear pinion upward.
In otherwords there is more to a suspension lift than just springs.

Will I need a drop pitman arm.......and why new sleeves for the springs..they already have them or should I get new ones(they are used)
Also will a 6" extension for my brake lines be sufficient.......

Buy a kit man.
First off the bushings are made with an outer diameter to fit the springs. Second the sleeve has an outer diameter to fit the inner diameter of the bushing. The inner diameter of the sleeve should fit the existing bolt, however sometimes the bolt and become stuck inside the sleeve. I didn't have this problem, but there have been posts in the past on that. Also if you can reuse the stock bushings, they are probably shot anyway.
As for the brake lines, new lines will work for the front. But the rear will be very tight. The BDS kit came with a relocation bracket for the rear frame to axle brakeline.
You will need a pitman arm. At least my 3.5" kit came with one.
Also don't forget about u-bolts. Gotta use new u-bolts.

Well I got the springs for 100 bucks and I already had shocks....It just seems that it would be a lot cheaper this way.......
