So Ive tried all the basics...

New:

Plugs, Cap, Rotor, O2 Sensor, Fuel Filter, Fuel Injector Cleaner, Plug Wires.

And none of them affected the slightly loping rough idle I have on my 94 YJ.

So whats next? Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere? What are your guys ideas?

Vacuum leak should have been the first thing you checked, it might have saved you a few bucks if that's it. The only other things I can think of are TPS and the MAP sensor. If it were the CPS I don't think it wuld run at all or it would stall all the time. If these things don't work you might want to check the compression of the cylinders, a bad valve will also cause a rough idle.

TPS is throttle Position Sensor?

Whats CPS?
