Just over the past few days now my jeep has been squeaking. When i am in gear and not accelerating but coasting, or when i am down shifting is squeaks. And i sounds like it is coming from underneath me. Anyone have any suggestions, I tried tightening the belts but dont think it was that.
thanks matt

Is it getting cold there? My jeep now because it is colder is making all kinds of noises it didn't before.. If not check make sure no leaks in the cooling system. Mine did and would get water on the belt and cause the squeak.

if it is a quick "squeak squeek squeak squeek" that gets slower or faster depending on your speed, it's probably U-joints

Possibly the poly bushings on the lift springs? Aftermarket kits usually use the poly bushings which will squeak once the grease is gone. I have greaseables, but they squeak at me when I've been lazy about re-lubing...
