interesting or unique add ons

anyone got any stories or pictures of interesting or unique addons to their jeeps in the form of front bumper type. like a front end loader or a fork lift or crane or something. i wanna see monster garage style jeeps doing what jeeps were made to do which is everything.

I had a cj-2A with a hillbilly tiller. Someone drove a piece of angle about 8" in to the ground, backed up the jeep till it hit the rear bumper, then welded it to the bumper. Drove it around to till the soil.

This is probably pretty common (seen them around a couple times). But a guy here in Escondido has a well drilling rig mounted in the bed of his CJ. Looks hydraulically actuated and pretty trick.

cool. i was thinkin if i bought some land what i would try to have my jeep do like hauling trees cut down and maybe spreading dirt and stuff. i think its rad to have a platform capable of doing all that and still be street legal and highway ready

I actually prefer the 106mm recoilless rocket mod myself. The rate of fire is less than the 50 but you cn carry more rounds tha the TOW an it still makes a big bang.

there's a guy up here that does commercial fencing with his CJ-7. Hydraulic boom that lays forward against the roll bar when not in use. Hydraulic auger drills holes for posts to set in. Very trick for drilling thru concrete and pavement.

he other day I saw a YJ with a mini crane type set up on his rig. He built kind of an exoskeleton around the whole jeep and there is a wrecking ball type thing with a hook on it hanging down the front. I wish i had had my digital camera with me. If i see him again i will take pics.
