Those boxes that are molded to fit between the rear fender and the roll bar? [firing toward the center] I've seen them in a few catalogs and they look pretty good. Sound pretty good too?

I have them and they seem to work really well. However, I did notice that they shoot the sound right at the backs of the front seats. I've had them for about 2 yrs and have been overall satisfied. Mine have the cup holders on the top and they tend to collect mud from trial rides and water from rain, but it does not go into the housings. :clapping:

I have a set of the soundwedge boxes your speaking of.
They do tend to push alot of the sound into the seats but if you get a good set you'll have enough sound to waste like that. lol.

How about one of those center consoles with a 8" sub built in firing toward the rear?

I have them, not a bad product for the money, only thing to watch is somehow water gets in them. I will be on my second set of speakers in a year (errrrr maybe I shouldnt have left that top off)

Investing in a good pair of Marine Speakers might help, or get something that isn't a paper cone. I have some Infinity Kappa's and they have gotten soaked, still work just fine.
