i have a extended bracket so i can have some stability in the front and i tighten the bolts up as much as possible and they still come loose in a couple of days. i dont want to take it off except for when i go wheelin. what can i do to help this besides ripping it off and lock-tite

not much-i had that same problem, and a loose trac bar is worse than no track bar. I'd take it off to be honest, I doubt you'll notice it...But I understand you want to keep it on. The next best thing would be a telescoping track bar, or welding the bracket on. Are you using the aircraft style lock nuts with the nylon inserts? crank one of those down on it then double nut it maybe...

its just regular nuts and bolts that i had on the trac bar before.....i want to be able to take it off when i crawl but i dont want to tear a muscle trying to get it off

it's not really gona happen then. Lock nut it...
which nut is coming loose? The lower nut on the bracket? where the bracket mounts to the axle...or where the bar mounts to the bracket? and do you take the whole bar off? or just tie it up?

i just tie it, when one bolt comes loose i tighten it, then a different one comes loose. its all 3 of the bolts.

Try this:
Keep it disconnected and tied up for one week. After that, if you can really find a good reason to bolt it in, do it. If not, hang it on the wall!
There might be a very slight difference in how your Jeep feel's, but in a few day's, you will automatically compensate for it & not notice it anymore.
Betcha!!

Mine did the same thing untill I tack welded the bracket to the axle and the bolt to the bracket and the nut to the bolt. Then I heard about taking them off and did that and it's much better

Why not just get a longer bolt and run a cotter pin through it?

Old-timer trick for nut's that loosen up.....
After you tighten it where you want it, take a drift punch and flatten the thread's a little right next to the nut. NOT all the way around!! Just where the punch fit's. It'll stop the nut, but when you want to remove the nut, later, it will still come off with a little extra pressure.

Get the jfs telescoping track bar. You will no longer need the riser bracket and you can lock or unlock it in seconds. As far as the removing it entirely, if you have to do any panic steering like avoiding a wreck or a animal or pothole etc. etc. etc your jeep will not respond crisp and sharp. It will have that real mushy sloppy feel and you will serious risk a wreck and hurt yourself or maybe others. The trackbar serves a major purpose and I dont want to start a flame war but I dont underatand how people can drive lifted jeeps with out them if they came on them stock, i drove mine once to see what it felt like and in adition to some major bumpsteer it just go in the direction it wanted to cause the suspension shifted so much laterally preventing the front wheels from guideing the direction the jeep was going (scary feeling). Again the JKS is worth every penny and will make your jeep drive as close to stock onroad as possible and will make it flex like a big dog offroad too and help reduce the risk of injury to you or others.
my 2 cents

Fact is, Jeep's were built for over 40 year's with neither trackbar's OR swaybar's.
IMHO I would be checking your Jeep for loose & worn suspension & drive part's if you need a trackbar to compensate all the characteristic's you describe.
