Factory subwoofer for JGC worth a darn?

Is the factory Jeep subwoofer add on for the GrandCherokee worth a darn? It looks rather convenient and already has a builtin amplifier and JParts.com (#G82205263) has it for only $340. I know it's not the JL Audio Stealthbox but it's less expensive though. Anybody already have this or have heard this in action?

It actually sounds pretty good... complements the Infinity system very well, is a fairly simple install, carries the Mopar warranty, matches the interior, and doesn't take up much usable space.
