Waggy springs on an YJ

Okay I know quite a few of you are running waggy springs on your YJ SOA. It is about time to replace my springs and I want more clearance. How much lift do they add? Like 2.5" etc..If there is a difference then I would go for lift springs over stock height. Part numbers would be great too and where the cheapest place to get them is. While you are at it throw in some large fries. :D :) Thanks!
